THERAPY THAT MEETS YOU WHERE YOU ACTUALLY ARE
You don't have to explain why it affected you.
Maybe you've learned how to keep functioning — to show up, to work, to take care of everyone else, to push through. But functioning and feeling okay aren't always the same thing.
At The Brave Line, therapy creates space to understand what your mind, body, relationships, and nervous system have learned to carry — and to find a different way forward.
WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER
Therapy doesn't have to look just one way.
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
A space to finally put down what you've been carrying.
Trauma • Grief • Anxiety • Depression • Addiction & Recovery • Identity • Life Transitions
COUPLES THERAPY
Because sometimes the problem isn't a lack of love.
Attachment • High Conflict • Communication • Betrayal • Trauma • Connection • Relational Problems
BRAINSPOTTING
When words alone aren't getting you there.
A body-based approach to processing trauma, emotion, and experiences that can be difficult to access through traditional talk therapy.
Individuals • Couples • Intensives
FIRST RESPONDERS • MILITARY • VETERANS
You shouldn't have to translate the culture before you can talk about what it did to you.
The work changes how you see the world — and sometimes how you see yourself.
The Brave Line provides trauma-informed therapy for first responders, military members, veterans, and their families, while also partnering with departments and agencies through training, consultation, peer support development, and wellness programming.

THE HUMAN BEHIND THE BRAVE LINE
Hey, I'm Reagan.
I believe meaningful therapy doesn't require you to perform, explain everything perfectly, or have the "right" words.
My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and deeply attuned to the nervous system. I integrate Brainspotting, somatic awareness, parts work, and experiential approaches while creating space for you to move at a pace that feels like yours.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a first responder — an experience that continues to shape the way I understand trauma, identity, relationships, and the humans behind the roles they carry.
