brainspotting
Some things are felt before they can be explained.
Brainspotting is a brain- and body-based approach that creates space to process experiences that may be difficult to access through words alone.

when talking only gets you so far
You can understand something and still feel it in your body.
You may know why you react the way you do.
You may understand where it came from.
You may have talked about it before.
And still — your body responds.
Brainspotting gives us another way to work with what your nervous system may still be carrying, without requiring you to find the perfect words or explain every detail.
what is brainspotting?

Where you look can affect how you feel.
Brainspotting uses your visual field to identify points associated with emotional or physiological activation. With the support and attunement of a trained therapist, we slow down and follow what emerges — thoughts, emotions, memories, sensations, images, or sometimes simply a felt sense. There is no “right” thing you're supposed to experience. You remain in control of the process.
LESS TALKING
You don't have to narrate or explain everything you're processing.
MORE NOTICING

We pay attention to what your brain and body naturally bring forward.
YOUR PACE

You decide where we go, how deeply we go, and when we stop.
BRAINSPOTTING AT THE BRAVE LINE
IT IS NOT SOMETHING
I DO TO YOU.
Brainspotting is built around the belief that your system already holds an incredible capacity for healing. My role isn't to interpret every response or force you toward an insight. My role is to remain deeply attuned, provide a safe relational container, and follow your process alongside you.
