Support Group Details
These support groups are free and open to all individuals within these communities — including active duty, reserve, retired, veteran, and former service members/responders. Whether you are currently serving, recently transitioned out, or have been out for years, you are welcome here. The Brave Line support groups were created to offer a space for connection, support, and community for those carrying the weight of high-stress environments, trauma exposure, transition, grief, burnout, identity shifts, and the emotional impact that often comes with service-oriented roles. These groups are trauma-informed, relational, and rooted in nervous system awareness. Meetings may include open discussion, psychoeducation, grounding and regulation tools, reflective exercises, and community connection. There is never pressure to speak or share beyond your comfort level — you are welcome to simply come as you are.Current groups include support spaces for first responders, military members, veterans, and their families. We’re honored to hold space for you here.
