Join us for a monthly, trauma-informed support circle designed specifically for first responders and their families. This is a confidential, judgment-free space focused on connection, grounding, and emotional wellness — because healing belongs to everyone.

Reagan is a former first responder turned therapist who specializes in supporting the emotional wellness of those who serve and their families. Her work blends clinical expertise with lived experience — offering a space where bravery meets healing.
